Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at hello@thefriendlyapp.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
I was charged but the app isn't unlocking Pro features.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen or contact us and we'll sort it out.
